Chest-pounding results.  In every market, there's basically one cable monopoly.  So for DIRECTV, we showed residents their local cable price & channels, then compared them to DirecTV's.  In most regions, DirecTV came out on top.  Where it didn't, we simply didn't mail.  We achieved a 29.6% higher response rate than their aggressively tested, finely-tuned control, plus got a slightly higher conversion rate. Creative tied in with TV spots promoting King Kong.
